My eQuals welcomes The College of Law

We are excited to announce that The College of Law has joined the My eQuals platform.

At the forefront of practical legal education since 1974, The College of Law has more than 60,000 graduates working across all facets of the industry and is one of the most trusted names in legal training in Australia and New Zealand.

It is also one of the few non-universities that have achieved status as a Self-Accrediting Authority from the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency.

Challenges with issuing and receiving credentials

The College of Law was encountering the onerous task of verifying the credentials of applicants manually, through pen and paper, until they realised all major universities in Australia and New Zealand issued their credentials through My eQuals.

By deploying My eQuals’ Receiving platform to digitally verify incoming academic credentials, the College of Law will be able to streamline processes, saving time and money.

And that’s not all. Joining My eQuals to receive and verify academic credentials also encouraged The College of Law to look at their existing practices for issuing hard copy documents, including the associated postage and handling. It turned out that these were not meeting the expectations of their learners, who needed credentials quickly and efficiently.

In addition, The College of Law was encountering several operational challenges and issues with damaged hard-copy documents being sent out via mail.

We are pleased that My eQuals is now the platform of choice used by the College of Law to issue Diplomas, Transcripts, Certificates & Supporting Letters. As a professional organisation that awards and administers certifications essential to the profession, The College of Law met the established criteria to join the My eQuals network as an issuing institution.

My eQuals is very pleased to welcome The College of Law to the platform.
