The challenge of issuing documents at scale
Success at this scale doesn’t come easy, though, and certainly not without time-consuming processes. The issuing of Transcripts, Testamurs, AHEGs & Supporting Letters in particular would tie down staff and take away valuable time that could otherwise be used to better service students.
