UQ went live on My eQuals in January 2018, issuing Testamurs, Transcripts and AHEGs credential documents to students and graduates, enabling them with 24/7 secure access to their earned credentials and improving the overall experience.
Utilising the ability to add new document types in the My eQuals solution in 2019, UQ added Certified Statements to their My eQuals offering, as a result of having to facilitate very large numbers of ad hoc, year-round, student requests which required individual processing from the administration team and often resulted in long queues of students outside the Administration offices.
The solution allowed for a high degree of automation to fulfil these requests through My eQuals, thereby permitting staff to focus on less transactional and more meaningful interactions with students.
